I really don’t like to do exercises but I would really like to loose some weight. I would really like to look good for the summer! So how do I loose weight fast without doing exercises?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I want to loose some weight real fast but I also want to be healty and be able to go on with my life without taking up too much time. Got any tips that work and are fast yet healthy?
You’re going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Most importantly, you must exercise. You’ll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:) Don’t count calories or weight yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon.
How fast can a woman lose weight compared to a man?
I understand that men lose weight fast and easier than women because they have have more musxcle mass. So how fast can a woman lose weight with excersise and diet? On average.
I believe it is considerably harder for women to recuce weight than a man I remember reading 4 times as hard. So good luck.

Start walking outside everyday for half hour or an hour and and you will lose weight healthfully and it will stay off.

You don’t need to eat as little as possible. If you eat as little as possible your fat burning mechanism will not work. So with that beig said you need to eat more often smaller healtier choices though. You can jog in place in your room, you need cardio to lose fat.
