I have a lil bit of extra weight on me and i wanted to know what is a good way to loose weight fast?
This cost no money and works.
There’s a law saying a food company can put 0 grams of trans fat in the nutritional facts as long as it only has .5 grams of trans fats or less. So what you do is look for the word hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated in the ingredients list and if you see it, it means the food has trans fats. Alot of foods say 0 grams of trans fat. This is almost always a lie like with lean pockets they have trans fat.
Avoid peanut butter because it has trans fat as well as hotpockets, leanpockets, popcorn, granola bars and candy bars.
Organic foods are safe and you can find organic peanut butter and granola bars at most grocerie stores.
Eat alot of fiber it helps increase your metabolism.
Chew gum this helps burn neck fat if you do it alot.
And excercise like there is no tommorow.
I used to have a food addiction which started when I was 11 and I ended it when I was 13 by forcing myself not to eat, if you have a food addiction then force yourself not to eat until you can do so without binging.
Also if you can buy a BMX bike because they are heavy and help with excercise.
I’m 14 and I went from 180 ro 140 pounds in a year.

Most diets that allow you to lose weight quickly work by depleting the water in your body. Not only is this really unhealthy but it also means that the weight loss is completely temporary. Be really careful with any diet that promises really fast results. Matching your caloric intake with your output is the best way to manage your weight.
