Fast Way to Lose Weight – Waist Trimming Diet

I’m going to give you a fast way to lose weight. It’s a safe waist trimming diet that allows you to eat your favorite foods still. I won’t deprive you of them. The best part is, this is designed specifically for busy women who don’t have much time to cook. You really have no reason not to do this because the diet is so flexible that it feels like you’re not even on a diet!   1. Snacks – Apples and low calorie (80 or less) yogurts I know it’s hard to get people to change their meals. I’ve worked with nearly 4,000 women. So I get around this by starting them with a change in snacks. And apples and low calorie yogurts are perfect for the job. The reason for apples… they’re high in water content and fiber. So they fill you up with few calories. The reason for low calorie yogurts… they give you a nice small dose of protein that helps to fill you up between meals. I’ll give you a simple tip that will allow you to lose 2 EASY POUNDS a month… eat 3 apples a day. 2. Eat black beans with at least 2 meals a day Again, I’m not going to force you to do without your favorite foods. I know from experience that’s a battle I’ll almost always lose. So eat your favorite foods, but eat black beans with them. Go on, do it. But why? Well, because they are cheap way to get all the fiber you need each day… as well as a nice bit of protein. Since these are only 50 cents a can, they’re cheap and healthy. Plus they’re quick to cook… less than 5 minutes. I suggest you eat 1/2 can at breakfast and 1/2 can at lunch. But anyway you do it, just be sure to eat 1 can everyday. 3. Don’t drink any liquids with your meals… NEVER Why? Because they dilute the enzymes you naturally produce. These enzymes are VERY important for breaking down foods so they get digested and eliminated properly. Liquids weaken them from doing their job. Instead, drink your liquids 10 minutes before and 5 minutes after a meal. And come on, by now you should know you shouldn’t be drinking any liquid calories. Stick with water and green tea or low calorie flavored water. Combined, these 3 tips are a fast way to lose weight without starvation, deprivation, or any type of hardship. Fast Way to Lose Weight – Intervals

Here’s a fast way to lose weight which will allow you to drop pounds and inches quickly. If you walk, run, or jog… then I’m going to show you something that YOU NEED TO DO to get the most out of it. If you do nothing else, just do this for exercise and you’ll lose lots of weight due to the “AFTERBURN EFFECT”.   You can do this with just about any cardio exercise, but this works really well with walking/jogging/running. Here’s why intervals work great for weight loss. They create what is called an “afterburn effect”. This simply means that once you’re done working out, you continue to burn fat and calories at a faster than normal speed for anywhere from 8-20 hours. Without intervals, you don’t get that. Once you stop exercising, you stop burning fat and calories faster than normal. Here’s how to get the most out of intervals with walking, jogging, and running. Alternate between either running fast and walking or running fast and then jogging slowly. This doesn’t work as good with jogging and walking combined. You need the high intensity of running to get the most out of this. What’s great about this is that you can individualize it to suit yourself. For some people, running hard for 5-10 seconds is the most they can do and then they follow it up with 25-30 seconds of walking or slow jogging. Others can run for 15 seconds and then walk or jog slowly for 20 seconds. Basically, fit it to your conditioning levels. There’s no right interval answer. One thing I’ve found that works good is to do sets of 6 minutes when doing intervals. So say I’ll run or do the stairstepper fast for 10 seconds and follow it with 20 seconds of doing it slow. I continue that until 6 minutes are done. This keeps you relatively fresh. Then take a 2-3 minute water and rest break and get back to it for 2-3 more times. You can get an incredible fat loss workout doing this for less than 25 minutes. So if you want to drop pounds and inches, doing cardio intervals is a fast way to lose weight in a short amount of time.
